1. About us
This website, m-buildz.com (“we”, “us”, “our”), is operated by M-Buildz, Ballyliddan West, Sixmilebridge, Co. Clare, V95 NT20, Ireland. You can contact us at [email protected]. We specialise in new and used performance and drift car parts, and we advertise cars for sale.
2. These terms
By placing an order through this website you agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law.
3. Products, pricing and orders
- We sell both new and used parts. Used parts are described as accurately as possible; minor wear consistent with age and use is to be expected.
- Prices are shown in euro (€). We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to the price you see.
- We make every effort to describe items accurately, but photographs and listings are for guidance. If a part’s condition or fitment is critical, please contact us before ordering.
- Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm and accept your order. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or mispriced) and will refund any payment in full.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe (card, Apple Pay and Link). We do not store your full card details. Payment is taken at the time of order.
5. Shipping and delivery
- We ship to Ireland, the United Kingdom and the European Union. We do not currently ship outside those regions; if you are elsewhere and want an item, contact us before ordering and we will tell you whether we can arrange it. Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout.
- Large or heavy items may be pickup-only or require a freight quote — this is indicated on the product.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes once payment has cleared in full.
- Any customs duties or import taxes on international orders are your responsibility.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. In summary: unused items in original, resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Used or installed parts and custom or special-order items are non-returnable, except where the item is faulty or not as described, in which case your statutory rights apply.
Separately, if you are a consumer buying at a distance in Ireland or the EU, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods and to a refund, whether or not the item is second-hand. Where that right applies it takes precedence over anything above. Return postage may be at your cost, and we may reduce a refund if the goods have been handled more than was necessary to check them.
7. Used parts, fitment and performance use
- Used parts are sold as described and, unless stated otherwise, without further warranty beyond your statutory rights.
- It is your responsibility to confirm that a part is correct and compatible with your vehicle before purchase and fitment. If in doubt, ask us first.
- Many performance and motorsport parts are intended for off-road, track or competition use and may not be legal for road use. It is your responsibility to ensure any part is used lawfully and fitted correctly, ideally by a qualified mechanic.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for incorrect fitment, misuse, or consequential loss arising from the installation or use of parts.
8. Cars for sale
Vehicles listed on this website are advertisements only and are not sold through the online checkout. To enquire about a vehicle, please contact us. Any sale of a vehicle is subject to a separate agreement.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts. As a consumer you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.
