Delivery
Delivery is available throughout Ireland, the UK and all EU countries. All delivery prices below are in EUR. VAT is not charged.

Parcel rates use the combined packed weight of the items in your shipment. Bulky parts require the bulky-item or pallet service regardless of weight. You pay one delivery charge per order. If your order includes bulky items and smaller parts, only the bulky-item or pallet delivery charge applies. The applicable delivery total is shown at checkout. Items marked collection only are not available for delivery.
Free collection
Free collection is available by arrangement from M-Buildz, Ballyliddan West, Sixmilebridge, Co. Clare, V95 NT20, Ireland. Choose free collection at checkout. For delivery outside Ireland, the UK and the EU, contact Sean for a delivery quote before ordering. Please include the parts required and your delivery country and postcode.

Changing your mind
For eligible online consumer purchases, you can cancel without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after receiving the goods. Email admin@m-buildz.com or write to the address below with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Send the goods back within a further 14 days after notifying us.
You pay the direct cost of returning goods when you change your mind. Return goods to: M-Buildz, Minister's Cross Autos Ltd, Ballyliddan West, Sixmilebridge, Co. Clare, V95 NT20, Ireland. Contact us if you need help arranging a return. Prior authorisation is not a condition of exercising your statutory cancellation right.
We refund the price paid for the returned goods and, when you cancel the whole order, the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. Any extra amount paid for a premium delivery service is not refundable under the cancellation right. We refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice, but may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever comes first. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
You may examine the goods as you would in a shop. We may deduct an amount for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, where the law permits. Custom-made or clearly personalised goods may be excluded from the cancellation right; any applicable exception must be identified before purchase. Ordering a standard part specially does not automatically remove your rights.
For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, the return-cost estimate must be supplied before purchase. Bulky-item return arrangements and estimates: [TBC — to be completed with delivery setup before these items are offered for delivery].
Faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods
Contact admin@m-buildz.com or 085 277 2532 with your order reference and a description of the problem. Photos can help, but your statutory rights do not depend on providing them. These rights are separate from change-of-mind returns. Used parts also carry statutory consumer protections, taking account of their accurately disclosed condition. We will provide the remedy and cover the necessary return costs required by law. The customer-paid postage rule above does not apply where the law requires us to pay.
